Refund Policy


You can return goods in their original, unused condition and original packaging within the 7 days of purchase. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase from Petals collection inc.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives with damaged items, please keep all of the original packaging along with the contents and contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet and we have sent you a confirmation of the refund, please double check your bank/credit card account.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are final sale.


We only process exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Petals collection inc cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
